Check-out / Getting to the airport

Hotel: Did you enjoy your stay with us?
Guest: Yes, very much so. However, I now need to get to the airport. I have a flight that leaves in about two hours, so what is the quickest way to get there?
Hotel: We do have a free airport shuttle service.
Guest: That sounds great, but will it get me to the airport on time?
Hotel: Yes, it should. The next shuttle leaves in 15 minutes, and it takes approximately 25 minutes to get to the airport.
Guest: Fantastic. I'll just wait in the lounge area. Will you please let me know when it will be leaving?

Firma

firma adalah suatu bentuk persekutuan bisnis yang terdiri dari dua orang atau lebih dengan nama bersama yang tanggung jawabnya terbagi rata tidak  terbatas pada setiap pemiliknya.

ciri dan sifat  firma :
- apabila terdapat hutang tak terbayar, maka setiap pemilik wajib melunasi dengan harta pribadi
- setiap anggota firma memiliki hak untuk menjadi pemimpin
- seorang anggota tidak berhak memasukkan anggota baru tanpa seizin anggota yang lainnya
- keanggotaan firma melekat dan  berlaku seumur hidup
- seorang anggota mempunyai hak membubarkan firma
- pendiriannya tidak memerlukan akte pendirian
- mudah memperoleh kredit usaha

kelebihan :
- pendiriannya relatif mudah
- mempunyai kemampuan financial relatif lebih besar karena sumber dana dari beberapa orang
- dapat di adakan pembagian kerja sesuai dengan keahlian para anggota
- lebih mudah melakukan pengembangan usaha atau ekspansi karena modal mudah di himpun

kelemahan :
- tanggung jawab tidak terbatas
- anggota firma berhak bertindak atas nama firma, hal ini mengakibatkan segala tindakan tersebut menjadi tanggung jawab firma
- kontinuitas perusahaan tidak menentu
- mudah timbul kericuhan karena pemimpin lebih dari satu orang

CV adalah suatu bentuk badan usaha bisnis yang di dirikan dan dimiliki oleh dua orang atau lebih untuk mencapai tujuan bersama dengan tingkat keterlibatan yang berbeda-beda di antara anggotanya. Satu pihak dalam CV mengelola usaha secara aktif yang melibatkan harta pribadi dan pihak lainnya hanya menyertakan modal saja tanpa harus melibatkan harta pribadi ketika krisis financial. Yang aktif mengurus perusahaan cv disebut sekutu aktif, dan yang hanya menyetor modal disebut sekutu pasif.
Ciri dan sifat cv :
-          Sulit untuk menarik modal yang di setor
-          Modal besar karena di dirikan banyak pihak
-          Mudah mendapatkan kredit pinjaman
-          Ada anggota aktif yang memiliki tanggung jawab tidak terbatas dan ada yang pasif tinggal menunggu keuntungan
-          Relatif mudah untuk di dirikan
-          Kelangsungan hidup perusahaan cv tidak menentu

pengertian PT (perseroan terbatas)



PT (Perseroan Terbatas) adalah suatu persekutuan/perkumpulan yang modalnya terdiri dari saham-saham pesero, dimana masing-masing pesero (pemegang saham) bertanggung jawab sebatas modal yang disertakan.
PT ( Perseroan Terbatas ) dibedakan menjadi PT Terbuka dan PT Tertutup .
-        - PT Terbuka adalah PT yang modalnya dimiliki oleh masyarakat umum.
-       -  PT Tertutup adalah PT yang modalnya terdiri dari kalangan tertentu saja.

Kelebihan PT adalah :
1.     -   Mudah mengumpulkan modal dengan cara menjual saham
2.     -  Melanjutkan usaha tidak tergantung pada seseorang
3.     - Resiko pada modal yang disertakan
4.      - Dapat menjual saham kapan saja ketika membutuhkan uang

Kelemahan PT anatar lain :
1.    -  Tanggung jawab pemilik modal terbatas sehingga pesaham kurang peduli terhadap pengelolaan perusahaan
2.    -   Sering digunakan untuk mendirikan perusahaan yang bersifat spekulatif (untung-untungan)
3.     -  Karena saham dan obligasi dapat diperjual belikan maka menimbulkan unsur spekulatif
